Gazini Ganados gives advice to aspiring models



The largest national modelling competition, JAMS Top Model, concluded yesterday during the gala night held at MOA Arena.

Almost 200 models proudly walk on the runway representing their beloved provinces during the festival wear and formal wear competitions.

The competition is divided into three categories. Kids ages 5-9 competed in Category 1 and pre to early teens ages 10-15 vied for Category 2. Meanwhile teens with age bracket of 16-25 participated in Category 3.

The attendance of Miss Universe Philippines 2019 Gazini Ganados adds glamour to the event as she serves as one of the board of judges.

Gazini started as a model in Cebu before exploring the world of pageants. Speaking to the contestants, she gives advice on how to make it big in the modelling.

“You should always think win-win. When I joined a competition, I always think that it’s either I win the prize or I win the learning lessons that I will take forever,” Ganados said.

“So by thinking that and by doing that, you will get an aura of positivity all throughout your life. So just think win-win,” she concluded.

First Runner-up: Ma. Dhenise Beato, Sta Rosa, Laguna
2nd Runner-up: Princesss Del Rosario, Pasig

Winner: Arwen Santiago, Isabela
First Runner-up: Celine Marsh, Negros Occidental
2nd Runner-up: Strawberry Cruel, Quezon City

Category 2 Grand Winners

Category 3
Winner: Hashley Limpo, Quezon Province
First Runner-up: Christine Bautista, Zamboanga City
2nd Runner-up: Divya Ramo, Surigao Del Sur.

Category 3 Grand Winners

The grand winners of each category will received Php500,000 in cash.

JAMS Top Model Philippines is organized by the Team of JAMS Artist Production founded by Maricar Flores and Jojo Flores. It became a diverse pool of artists and was accredited by one of the top networks of the country, ABS-CBN. Since 2013, JAMS has been a home molding young individuals to embrace their gifts and bring pride to our country. And with this kind of event, they believe that they can forward and share the advocacy of nationalism and upholding the culture, tradition and tourism of our country.
